Jude LeBlanc of Lakehurn and formerly of Memramcook East died Wednesday (24 mars) at the Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital alter a lengthy illness. He was 36.

Born at Memramcook East, he was the son of the former Eva Dupuis and the late Edgar LeBlanc. He was a truck driver who worked at Lakeburn Lumber.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, the former Anise Dupuis; three daughters, Odette, Joline, Phyllis, all al home; one son, Guy, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Pierre LeBlanc (Bernadette), Mrs. Bella LeBlanc, both of Memramcook East, and Mrs. Emery Léger (Emélie) of Memramcook West; four brothers, Raymond and Johnny, both of Memramcook West, Valérie of Memramcook East, and Abbé of Lewisville.

The body is resting at Dupuis Funeral home in Memramcook. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in Memramcook East. The body will be placed in the St. Thomas parish cemetery receiving vault in St. Joseph's for interment in Memramcook East later in the spring.
